GSAI LLC is a Texas limited liability company headquartered at 1111 W. Mockingbird Lane, Suite 930, Dallas, Texas 75247.

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not govern information we receive or process in the course of providing services to clients or engaging contractors, which is governed by the applicable service agreement.

  • Technical information: Our hosting and security infrastructure (including Cloudflare) automatically logs limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and timestamps. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and basic site operation.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third party marketing, and we do not sell personal information.

We use the information described above to:

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and thereafter in accordance with our internal retention schedule and applicable law. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with security and operational needs.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through the Site, including enterprise grade infrastructure (Cloudflare), encryption in transit, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

GSAI is based in the United States and operates between the United States and Ethiopia. If you access the Site from outside the United States, any information you submit will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge this transfer.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information.

United States residents generally. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through the Site.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (i) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (ii) request deletion of your personal information; (iii) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (iv) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: GSAI does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law); and (v) be free from retaliation for exercising your rights. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland residents (GDPR). If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our lawful bases for processing your personal information are (i) your consent (when you submit the contact form), (ii) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to inquiries, and (iii) compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Ethiopia residents. To the extent Ethiopian data protection law applies to information submitted through the Site, we will honor applicable rights under that law, including rights of access and correction.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site.
